Kiwicare are local but far reaching. Our extensive range of products and tools can be found in more than 2,500 retail locations from 350 retail customers in New Zealand. We also service over 370 commercial customers that include government agencies, local and regional councils, engineering firms, rural suppliers and more. Across the ditch in Australia, we’re found in over 1,850 retail outlets too and are a market leader in the camping and outdoor leisure category.
As industry leaders, and plant, animal and pest experts, we are invested in the guardianship of our natural environment. We’re dedicated to protecting plants from the threat of invasive weeds and preserving our precious birdsong by eradicating introduced pests, so that we can be proud of the work we’ve done for generations to come. We want people to feel like heroes in their own backyards, by giving them a tool for every job and an answer for every problem, so that they can make their place a better place. In a nutshell, we care – We’re Kiwicare – it’s in our name!
Our Operations and Supply chain management team looks after planning, coordinating, and controlling all activities involved in producing and delivering our products. It plays a crucial role in ensuring that our operations are aligned with our strategic objectives. It is the “engine” of Kiwicare.
We have two manufacturing sites in Christchurch and a distribution warehouse in Wiri – Auckland from where all of our goods are shipped to our customers.
This team also includes Quality, Health and Safety and Engineering functions.
Our account management functions look after expansion to new markets and developing and nurturing senior level customer relationships and a team of territory managers covering Aotearoa top to bottom ensuring shelves are filled with our product and our customers have the care and knowledge they need.
We also have sales represented in sunny Brisbane, looking after the Australian market.
Our Marketing team are our brand custodians. They play an integral part in new product development process and look after our channels and categories. Our portfolio of products is really varied and complex and our category managers hold deep knowledge and experience.

Innovation and our clever-better-different philosophy is what makes us unique. Our research and development team keeps Kiwicare at the forefront of innovation and they are also responsible for bringing all the bright ideas to life.
Finance and Commercial is a key support function consisting of finance roles, technology and customer service team. They provide the rest of the business with data and insights, ensure everyone have the right tools to do their jobs and look after our customer queries. They are also guardians of Integrated Business Planning processes.
People and Culture team ensures our people have an amazing employee experience. Are supported by capable and caring leaders, have clarity of expectations, have opportunities to grow and develop and are feeling safe and well.
