How to Enter

Head to our Facebook Page and find the giveaway you want to enter. Note that each giveaway only runs for 24 hours. Follow the post instructions.

Terms & Conditions

1. All entries for each giveaway must be received by 10am the following day.
2. To enter, entrants must like the Facebook post and comment.
3. By entering this competition each entrant confirms that his/her entry is his or her own.
4. The following people are excluded from entering: (a) All Kiwicare employees, all employees of participating promoters and/or advertising agencies and their immediate families. (b) All people under the age of 16.
5. Entrants may only submit 1 (one) comment/entry per giveaway post. Duplicate entries will be removed.
6. One winner per giveaway post will be randomly drawn by Kiwicare.
7. The individual prize packs are indicated above.
8. All prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Kiwicare reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice. No correspondence will be entered into.
9. Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable.
10. The winners will be announced and notified each day following the giveaway post. Winners must claim their prize within 5 days of Kiwicare sending notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and Kiwicare reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these rules. Kiwicare’s decision is final.
11. Kiwicare cannot guarantee delivery by Christmas or any specific date.
12. Kiwicare is managing this competition.
13. This competition is open to New Zealand residents only.
14. Each person is only eligible to win one prize per giveaway period.
15. By submitting an entry, each entrant grants Kiwicare a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to edit, publish, translate, modify, adapt, make available and distribute the entry throughout the world in any media now known or hereafter invented.
16. By entering this competition, you are agreeing that Kiwicare may publish your entry in full, or part, and edited as they see fit, in their promotional material and across their social media channels.
17. Kiwicare takes your privacy seriously. We will not sell, give or disclose your Facebook profile to third parties.
18. This promotion is run by Kiwicare and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook. By entering the promotion you agree that we, the prize provider(s), and Facebook, will have no liability, and will be held harmless from and against any liability or loss, including reasonable attorney’s fees and costs, for all matters related to your acceptance, possession, experience with, use or misuse of the prize or participation in the promotion.
