NO Weeds Ronstar SG

Summary

NO Weeds Ronstar prevents the germination of seeds and bulbs in the soil.  It is particularly effective on oxalis, clovers and bindweed.  The product is safe around established plants, shrubs and trees.

NO Weeds Ronstar is in the form of granules in a shaker pack.  The granules strongly fix to the soil particles, thereby minimising leaching.  This product can be used all year round.

Weeds Controlled

Annual Cress, Bittercress, Chickweed, Cleavers, Clovers (from seeds), Cornbind, Cut Leaved Geranium, Docks, Fat-Hen, Field Bindweed, Fumitory, Galinsoga, Groundsel, Nettle, Oxalis Spp, Plantains, Portulaca, Red Deadnettle, Redroot, Scrambling Fumitory, Shepherds Purse, Sow Thistle, Speedwells, Spurry, Twincress, Wild Turnip, Willow Weed, Wireweed.

Note

Most perennial and rhizomatous weeds will not be controlled.  Liverworts and mosses will be suppressed.

Directions

• Clear weeds and unwanted foliage from the garden area to be treated. 
• Do not apply to wet foliage or under conditions in which pellets will collect on leaves.  Do not apply directly over plants that will funnel and collect pellets around their leaf bases.
• Do not plant seeds or sensitive plants into treated soil within 3 months of applying NO Weeds Ronstar SG.
• Re treat if soil is disturbed.

How to Mix Concentrates

Application

Sprinkle NO Weeds Ronstar on the bare soil before germination at any time during the year.  Apply at a rate of 20g per sq metre.  Water the granules in by rainfall or irrigation and leave the soil undisturbed for 3 months.  Supplementary irrigation is recommended during dry conditions to retain residual activity.

Coverage

500g of NO Weeds Ronstar will treat approximately 25 Sq M.

Tip: To prevent pets disturbing the soil, cover treated area with wire netting.

Safety

Eye Contact - Avoid contact with eyes. Flush with running water for 15 minutes holding eyelids open. Seek medical advice

Inhalation - Avoid inhalation of spray mist. Operator should move to an area of fresh air

Skin Contact - Wash affected area with soap and water.     

Swallowed - Do not induce vomiting, drink 1-2 glasses of milk or water.

                      Obtain medical advice immediately.

If any ill effects persist call a doctor.

Spills And Disposal

Wear protective clothing. Contain spill and absorb with Sand, Soil or absorbent granules.  Do not allow product or washings to enter the waterways or sewer.

Handling And Storage

Store in original container in a cool, dry ventilated place, away from direct heat or sunlight. Store away from foodstuffs, children and animals. Keep container sealed when not in use.
